Hello! I searched, but got lazy trying to find the answer. If i can ever figure out how to get my husband's Falcon Encased phone case off and access the sim slot, I want to switch him from Bell to Public. He has a 5g phone and I want to sign him up for a basic 4g plan. Any issues with this...I don't thinks so, but just double checking.

HI @Buddha7

A15 has VoLTE but is not currently on PM's own VoLTE whitelist. It will still work, just the voice calls will be using 3G network. But as long as the phone's network is set to Automatic, the phone will deal with all the network switch itself without any worry

Thanks! two more questions:

1. any "future risk" in signing up for Public with his phone? Will it continue to work with 3G network long-term?

2. There are a number of options to choose under mobile networks. His current selection on his phone is LTE/WCDMA?GSM (auto connect). There is also a similar option for 5G/LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)
