    <description>&lt;P&gt;I waited till my new P.M. sim card arrived and started the transfer process.&amp;nbsp; After going through the 6 steps, I just get the notice that SUBSCRIPTION NOT ACTIVATED.&amp;nbsp; It then says to get support.&amp;nbsp; When I try to connect with an agent, nothing happens.&amp;nbsp; How do I get an agent to help with this broken process?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
