I was able to get it to work by NOT selecting the "trusted device" box. Also I had to manually put in my password. (Not copy and paste). Good luck

Hello, I want to share my experience with the PM app. It was stuck in a loop. Multiple attempts to login and it would repeatedly take me back to the login page. (I received the text 2fa then it would restart the process)

I was checking the box Labeled : Make this a trusted device. Leaving the box unchecked allowed me to login. (Also FYI it seems you can't copy and paste passwords in the app). Thanks

I am having the same issue, fresh install. Can't login in app, just loops back to the main page.

I also cannot login to the website, again it sends me the 2FA code, I enter the code, and it just resets back to the main page. I click on MY ACCOUNT and nothing happens.

Turns out I was using an old account login, and not my new one. Nevermind, nothing to see here.
