      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;Hi, I am wondering if anyone else is having the issue of the free holiday data add-ons showing incompatible on their account? I have the $15 250mb at 3g speeds plan.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_1500.jpeg"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/F200FB2F4F1C3E5A899671ADD1EF5CF0/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="IMG_1500.jpeg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;Edit: I submitted a support ticket regarding this issue but I wanted to post here to ask if this is now normal.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;Edit: It also no longer shows my 100 minutes included in my plan so I have no idea who many minutes I have left! It looks like no minutes are included at all in my plan!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;Update: I have checked my account a few times today, so hopefully I am not saying this to soon to jinx myself &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":folded_hands:"&gt;🙏🏼&lt;/span&gt;… so far all my holiday gift&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;add-ons&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;“data &amp;amp; minutes&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;” are back to showing compatible &amp;amp; I can now see my 100 outgoing included plan minutes &amp;amp; how many I have left!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;Thank you everyone for being patient with me during my panic attack 🥰&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
