      <description>&lt;P&gt;where you see the activation error? or was it an error about number not able to transferred? or payment error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you were using app and go to the last step and got the error, it shouldn't be "keep getting an error"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but you can ask PM to check.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.&amp;nbsp; So, you will need to message them here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's showing up when I'm activating the subscription. It just says "subscription not activated"on Step 6.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
