    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to signup as a new member so I did it on the website then it told me to download the app to download the eSIM, on step 6 it told me there was a “subscription not activated, please contact us for support” I hit that button and it sent me to a blank screen. I tried the online chat and the person told me to come here as they can’t help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
