I want to know can I receive text message in China? And if yes how much will you charge for it?

No PM does not offer international roaming except US and Mexico. It means you won't be able to receive any text messages in China. Hope it helps!

You need to purchase a local SIM from China to get service like texting and calling within China because PM SIM will not work in China.

if you have access to wifi or buy a travel data plan (airlo maybe)...consider downloading the free TextNow app. You'll select a free Cdn number so you can send / rec free messages and calls, using local wifi or separately purchased data. Did I mention it's free !!
