you cannot pay PM bill on RBC app or web

you can however add RBC Visa Debit card on PM My Account as the card to use Autopay. Just go to My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription, Update Card Information to add the RBC Visa Debit

Go into your RBC app click on add payee then type in Public Mobile if it comes up then just hit add if not then you can't

You don't get a traditional "bill" from Public Mobile, so you can't use your banks bill payment system to make a payment. Public Mobile is a prepaid service; you can add funds via voucher or credit/debit card. Many of us setup auto pay on our credit/debit cards, but it's still just prepaying for the next months service vs receiving a bill/invoice.
