    <description>&lt;P&gt;Likely you cannot cancel the physical sim order&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you are existing customer, yes, you can login the app using email to get 2FA code and buy a new esim&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check with support agent about cancelling the order&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for a physical sim card after thinking that my eSim in not accessible after my iPhone was stuck in a boot loop. I found out today that I can simply purchase a mew eSim on my account to get my number back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was wondering if I can cancel the physical sim card order that is still on its way or return it for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If its not shipped yet, you can probably cancel it but i doubt they will refund it. It's not part of what Public Mobile does. But use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask an agent if it's too late to cancel. Then you can continue to purchase the Esim and update the number under your profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
