      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently purchased a US roaming add-on (data+voice) about 11 days ago.&amp;nbsp; However, when I arrived US, I cannot used the roaming at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not only that, now that I returned home, my phone voice does not function anymore, though text message and mobile data seems functioning properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything that I know of, like manually searching the network, reboot the phone, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone encountered this before or share their experience on the possible resolution?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;too late to try to help with our roaming&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but with your voice call issue, it could be unrelated with roaming as many reported similar voice trouble&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;may i know what phone do you have? and where you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reboot your phone and Reset Network Settings first.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or ask PM to reprovision on the system as well.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.&amp;nbsp; So, you will need to message them here:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/358690"&gt;@metals&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In the USA was it just voice calls that didn't work, or was it also data and texting? &amp;nbsp;Did you have data roaming turned on, if data didn't work? &amp;nbsp;There are problems with voice calls in the USA if the phone is not VoLTE capable and approved by Public Mobile because there is no more 3G there. &amp;nbsp;T-Mobile might still work on 2G but it's hit and miss and also being shut down. &amp;nbsp;There is some work going on with Telus 3G that could also be a factor in Canada. &amp;nbsp;So it would help if you let us know what phone you have, as already asked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for all the replies.&amp;nbsp; I'm in Canada and my phone is Xiaomi Rednote 13 purchased a few months ago though I believe the phone has been released for about a year.&amp;nbsp; I never heard of VoLTE before until just now.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; For the record, voice/msg/data roaming cannot function, though data roaming seems to be function in Orlando (I was in a&amp;nbsp; cruise trip).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried the methods mentioned above (rebooting, resetting network settings, manually select network carrier, etc) already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems my best bet is to a CS agent for help.&amp;nbsp; Anyway, thanks for the replies.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you have the Indian variant of the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;Xiaomi Rednote 13, then you might be impacted.&amp;nbsp; The phone only has 850Mhz on PM and does not have 1900.&amp;nbsp; PM moved away some 850Mhz for 4G and need 1900 Mhz for voice on 3G in some area.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So, where you are at?&amp;nbsp; You likely impacted. Test the sim on a iPhone or Samsung that is sold in Canada to confirm&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/358690"&gt;@metals&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only these phones, or the newer generations of the same model line,&amp;nbsp; are VoLTE whitelisted with PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Xiaome Rednote is not on the list so you can only use 3G for voice.&amp;nbsp; Your phone only has 3G-850 but not 3G-1900.&amp;nbsp; PM has started moving away from 3G-850 and hence the lack of 3G-1900 on your phone really hurts you. Time for another phone, or you can change to Koodo as they support VoLTE for most phones&lt;/P&gt;</description>
