What specifically do you need help with? Ports are fairly straightforward.

1. Enter Account # (can be found in speak out self serve)
2. Enter pass code for speak out if you had one set.
3. Enter name that account is under
4. Check the box that says you are the authorized user.
5. Wait. A port typically takes 30-60 minutes but can take as long as a day.

Also, DO NOT cancel your speak out account before you port.

@SP3CTRYS just thought I'd share my experience with SpeakOut...

There is no account number shown in the self-serve. You can phone #611 however to get customer service, but I don't know that they assign accounts, but instead it's your email address. Also, it's a pre-paid service like PM, so technically you can't cancel your account. The only way to make your account go to nil is to wait 365 days from your last payment and the funds will expire.

@DougL made a really good thread here is what he said:
"Yesterday I ported my number from SpeakOut Wireless to PM. No issues at all.

In the "name" field I entered my full name exactly as originally registered with SO.
For "account" I entered my SO phone number (10 digits).
For "IMEI" I used the IMEI code from my first SO phone (not my later iPhone).

After that the port took about 2-3 hrs. When completed PM sent me a text saying I was good to go.

That was it. Just wanted to let former SpeakOut users know in my experience it's doable and dead easy."
