Have you been able to test outside of your current location (assuming that you are trying this at home)?       <description>&lt;P&gt;If you did not do ANY changes to your phone's settings do NOT reset anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot your phone (turn it off, wait a bit, turn it on), remove SIM clean contacts, try another PM sim in your phone if available.&lt;BR /&gt;It could be PM has signal issue in your area. Check for reported outages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
