      <title>Activate SIM card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just activated my new SIM card, and I am supposed to receive a code to complete the activation, but I am not able to receive the code. I have clicked “ resend” multiple times, but I have not received any code, and the signal bar shows “no service”. But I have anothe public mobile phone at home, and that number works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
