Why is a number not ringing on my phone when a certain person calls? The number is not blocked. I believe public mobile is at fault.

Try going into your network settings and reset your network and then reboot your phone.

what phones you have and where you are at?

there has been some posts about voice problem in the last couple days, were you able to at least receive and make some calls ?

did you try Reset Network Settings? or try sim card on another phone to test.

Hi @Pulmonary!

If you have the Public Mobile app, under Usage Breakdown > View Usage History, does it show that you received an incoming/outgoing phone call during the time the person has called?

Additionally, does it only fail to ring when just this person calls or when others you know call as well?
