      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/529783"&gt;@Pulmonary&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have the Public Mobile app, under Usage Breakdown &amp;gt; View Usage History, does it show that you received an incoming/outgoing phone call during the time the person has called?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, does it only fail to ring when just this person calls or when others you know call as well?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
