      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have checked that my account is active, plenty of data, turned it off and on again, toggled airplane mode off/on, all of that. Text still working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have noticed in the past 48 hrs there's some heat spikes, and in the previous (to the 48hrs) had been getting spam calls in Eng/Chinese stating that due to suspicious activity my phone number would not work soon unless I pressed button x an spoke to a rep. Assuming it was spam, I did not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What gives? Great service from PM for nearly 3yrs, now one very core feature seems disabled. How do I get it back and does anyone know what could be wrong? In the GTA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;LG Velvet phone, in Toronto. Did try resetting Network settings, no joy. But will have to get another phone to try my sim card, good idea!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
