Phone calls not working in Durham region?

So recently I've been having issues with phone calls not going through, but texts and data are working fine.

It happened for a day before self-resolving, and now it's happening again. I traveled out of Durham region and had no issues, but upon return, I again cannot make or receive phone calls.

I have already done so many troubleshooting tips - Airplane mode, restart the phone, make sure my calls are set to the highest connection (3G/LTE), ensure I have signal, turn off data/wifi and try making a call. I know it's not my SIM because it works in a different town.

This is driving me nuts!! The only thing I haven't tried is getting a new phone because who can afford a new phone at the drop of a hat??? My phone is only about 4 years old, it should NOT be this useless.

There should be an announcement somewhere but I've been unable to find it.

No outage, I've checked multiple maps and lists. I've been looking for an announcement too and I can't find one.
