    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/527665"&gt;@Fashyne&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The A50 is not on Public Mobile's "certified" VoLTE list so that is most likely the problem. &amp;nbsp;If you can manually get it to connect to T-Mobile's 2G network it should work but that depends on whether they have shut it down yet in the area you are in. &amp;nbsp;It seems that T-Mobile is shutting 2G down bit by bit and area by area. &amp;nbsp;Since data should still work you can download Fongo or TextNow from the Play Store to make phone calls as already suggested (although you will have a different phone number).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the USA and I can't call Canada or receive calls from anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the instructions from yesterday IT to use the T-mobile and version provider. It worked to make two calls and then this morning it doesn't work now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Someone in a IT replied to the ticket and wrote he can't help me. Wtf&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help me? I am calling Canada from the USA.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is because your phone is not on PM's VoLTE whiyelist and cannot use VoLTE.&amp;nbsp; If you can connect to T-Mobile, try xhangi5thr network mode to 2G and hope you can still use the old 2G networks.&amp;nbsp; IF can't connect to 2G, you will have to use VoIp app like TeztNow&amp;nbsp; to make calls using the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/527665"&gt;@Fashyne&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Assuming data and texting work, just not voice calls, then it does sound like a VoLTE problem as noted. &amp;nbsp; The USA no longer has any 3G network which is why &amp;nbsp;you need a VoLTE phone there. &amp;nbsp;I'm assuming you have a Canada-US plan or add on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
