I am in Florida and have the canada,U.S. and mexico plan. My phone is a 2022 Motorola G power. The phone will not make outgoing calls. It shows I am connected to T-Mobile but I make a call and it immediately disconnects.

Hello @joskin

With the Motorola G, go into settings, tap on Network and Internet, then Mobile Networks. Top on the VoLTE toggle to turn on if it isn't. If it is, turn it off, then back on.

Another thing you can do is to go into your network settings, turn OFF automatic and pick T-Mobile as your provider while you're there. make sure you're data roaming is turned on. Then reboot your phone.
