(though the service may be suspended)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All you need to do is reactivate it by making a payment. Go and buy a Public Mobile payment voucher (available at many merchants/drugstores) and apply it dialing 611 on your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
