      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a sim and have paid but I cannot download the app and therefore cannot complete activation. I have spend hours on this and am out of time so I want to cancel and go with a provider that can activate service&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can get support when you open a ticket.&lt;BR /&gt;What phone do you have since you cannot download an app? PM has versions for both apple and android.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
