    <description>&lt;P&gt;I spoke to Nestor from Telus and he was very helpful,he sent a ticket on my behalf because I couldn’t access the app and it seems at the moment that the issue has been resolved as at this time I am able to access the app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
