    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t activate my account, as I can’t download the app because my region setting for my iPhone doesn’t show Public Mobile as a downloadable app. Is it possible to do this another way? Otherwise I’ve just wasted $40!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I change my region I’m afraid it will just mess up my other apps. Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once activated, they can delete the app and you can login on a computer to manage your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
