Hello,

Can’t enter my wife’s account. On desktop it notifies “A1 forbidden”, on app doesn’t enter.

anyone can help?

Usually if you sign into the account with secret or incognito mode it will work. To clear or refresh the App pull down from the top of the screen 2-3 times.
