      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your number transfer from Rogers is complete but you’re not getting any network on your Public Mobile phone, try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart Your Phone:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sometimes a simple restart helps the phone recognize the new network.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check SIM Card Placement:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Make sure the SIM card is properly inserted in the phone.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Network Settings Reset:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Go to your phone's &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; and reset the network settings. This can help refresh the connection.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Manual Network Selection:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; Mobile Networks&lt;/STRONG&gt; and select &lt;STRONG&gt;Public Mobile&lt;/STRONG&gt; manually.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;APN Settings:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Make sure your phone has the correct &lt;STRONG&gt;APN settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; for Public Mobile. You can find the details on the Public Mobile website.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Confirm Number Transfer:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Confirm if the number transfer is fully completed:&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Outgoing calls and texts&lt;/STRONG&gt; should work with your transferred number.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Incoming calls and texts&lt;/STRONG&gt; should also work.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you can make outgoing calls but not receive any, the transfer might still be in progress.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if have only Asian version of Oppo A7, the V1 or V2, then it is not a phone designed for North America and you won't be able to use it on PM network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you might be able to use it only on 3G, try changing your network mode to 3G and test&lt;/P&gt;</description>
