    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello so the system was in the middle of trying to process my old card. Sense it did not go through it put my account on hold. But took 2 hours to inform me or let me make a payment with the new card. My services should resume shortly or so the site says&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for your help trying to resolve the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
