    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/528352"&gt;@Sisu60&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;there have been many posts about voice and text in the last 2 days.&amp;nbsp; May I know what phone do you have and what area you are in?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but try reboot the phone, try Reset Network Settings and try your sim card on another phone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to receive any calls on my phone. Outgoing calls are not a problem. I have rebooted the phone several times and confirmed ringer is on. Also tried a Telus and Koodo sim card in phone and had no issues. Replaced sim card on spec and still have the same issue. Also unable to receive alerts when someone leaves a voice message. Using a Telus and Koodo sim the message alerts are sent to my phone. Phone appears to work properly, issue appears to be a network issue and a need a Customer Support Rep to assist.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/528352"&gt;@Sisu60&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM and Koodo works on Telus network so I don’t think that is an issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you port a number over from another carrier? This seems to be an issue with recent porting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are a longtime member.
