      <title>CAN'T LOG IN</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am unable to log in.&amp;nbsp; I get an email verification code, and I enter it in without issue.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;However, It requires a second verification code via text message.&amp;nbsp; I DON'T receive it and so I am unable to get in to reactivate my account.&amp;nbsp; I am so frustrated that I can't even cancel my subscription!&amp;nbsp; AHHHHH!!!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure if the cell number is correct, the last 3 digits are but I am not getting the verification text. I can't do anything since I can't log in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I did with my computer, I got an error code XXX.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM????????&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to Account tab and it will show your Name, Account Number and Telephone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is correct, it could be a delay in get the 2FA code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If incorrect, you ported the wrong number so under the Account tab&amp;gt;Transfer Phone Number but you will need the old SIM and confirm to the text from the old carrier with YES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0213.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/154427i12ADAA72E7123F53/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0213.png" alt="IMG_0213.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you run into issues, you will need to contact a CS_Agent by typing in Submit a Ticket or Contact Agent on Chatbot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
