Hi there, a friend of mine has many more (and much lower priced) options to change their subscription to than I do... Why is that and how can I get access to the lower priced plans?

It is because PM are targeting members with a lower plan. Your friend probably have a lower priced plan than yours. PM are trying to get your friend to hop onto a more expensive plan.

Sorry, PM is setting different plan options based on your profile and you can only change to those that you see

Your friend likely has a lower priced plan and hence he sees more options

Truthfully @SpeedySuperBad the only way to get one of the current low plans offered is to port out to another provider and port back in. It's a headache and you shouldn't have to do that considering it's a prepaid service.

Downgrading (and maybe upgrading) plans is very selective and some customers can see more (or less) plans then the others.

We are considered as ALL equal customers but some are more equal then the others.
