    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your suggestions. I’m not using a PM app, I’m using a web browser on a cellular device (and I have tried on the browser in incognito). Deleting the cache on my browsers did not rectify this, nor did trying different browsers (eg Chrome, Safari). Incognito mode also continues not to make a difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I contact PM to have them update the billing information? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Unable to update billing information</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m attempting to update my credit card and receiving an error stating “notAbleToProcessRequest”. This has occurred in both attempts, all details are entered correctly and fully, and I have tried using incognito to enter details as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to get help from the support bot and am unable to submit a ticket as it redirects to a error 404 page (again, multiple attempts to contact agent and attempted in incognito as well).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I contact PM directly with the updated billing information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're on your PC, go into your settings and find the cache setting. Clear the cache and then close your entire browser. Then re open and then go into incognito mode and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're on an Android phone, which I do for my friends and family cause it just works better, go into your app settings, find the PM app and clear the cache. THEN clear the data, then reboot your phone and log back in and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're using the iPhone, delete the app, reboot and then download the app again and try.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/329229"&gt;@Birder1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry you are having this problem.&amp;nbsp; I've been a PM member for a few months now and I've found the app unfortunately can be a little wonky at times.&amp;nbsp; It sounds like you should try a different option to submit a ticket.&amp;nbsp; An agent will definitely be able to help you and update the payment info.&amp;nbsp; The other thing I can suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the app.&amp;nbsp; Sorry if this isn't the most helpful but I wish you good luck&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
