No longer connected to old community nickname

I've been frustrated trying to log in with my old username. It seems that you can no longer log in with the username & password, & now you have to log in with your public mobile account. But if I enter my old community username which is bluejaywpg, it says it's taken.

How do I get my old community username bluejaywpg linked to my PM account?

It may be taken by someone else, but highly unlikely. You can contact a CS Agent and advise them you were having issues logging in.

It was taken by me because I posted many posts using that username. It would be nice to get it back, along with the badges, title (whatever it's called), etc.

was your Public Mobile account (with the user name) get deactivated ? If so, you've lost all badges and whatever it's called. Now you're starting over with a new account etc. If it was never deactivated, then Customer Support should be able to help you with your request.

To my knowledge, it was never deactivated.

Bagdes and titles don't affect your service or Community rewards. Did this all happen when EverSafe started and it said that you had to pick a new name because the name was already taken (by you)?

I know it has no effect, but it would be nice to stay consistent & maybe 1 day be elected Mayor LOL.

I don't know when it started. I was not really participating in the community for a while because life was quite busy. But a problem with my PM account came up which made me try to log in so I could either post about it here or send a message to customer service, as it's affecting how much I pay for PM service.

name does not mattter. But which email address you used for your My Account? You need to have the same email login on the Community and My Account to get the community reward. If it is the same email address and really just a Community id difference, then yes, support still helping people to change community name. You can ask them
