      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recharge.com is a third party vendor. its like going into most gas station and getting a top up card. If you did not enter your phone number to be topped up on Recharge.com, they will give you a voucher number. once you get the voucher from Recharge.com, it will give you a voucher pin that needs to be added to your Public Mobile account either online or by dialing 611 from your device you want to add the funds to. I would recommend contacting Recharge.com.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
