      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upped my subscription from the 1GB/$19 plan to 3GB/$20 plan on the 17th and the data usage is showing as 0.11GB/9GB. Not sure whats going on. I manually checked the usage history and the usage adds up to under 13MB (i have not left home since then so Wifi, **bleep** snow).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;13MB makes sense, not sure where the 0.11GB came from.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;try again using browser with Incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The problem with the data could be that of cache problem, Incognito mode can resolve it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;some people notice there is an 100Mb buffer usage.&amp;nbsp; They said&amp;nbsp; turn off turn off mobile data, then toggle in and out of airplane mode, it will reset that and show the actual amount.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no, you will get the extra 100Mb back.&amp;nbsp; So, since you have a 9GB plan, you will still be consuming the full 9GB, you won't get 100Mb less because of that "bug"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
