I did what you suggested and get USELESS AI-GENERATED REPLIES. I changed my plan in Dec 2024 and the repetitive replies referred to notices given to "SOME CUSTOMERS" in March / April 2024 or 8 MONTHS BEFORE I CHANGED MY PLAN so any advice at the time would not have affected me. USELESS REPLIES. So I guess customers like myself have no other recourse than accept whatever Public Mobile does?

My wife and I recently upgraded our plan, and we both noticed an additional $5.60 charge (total of $11.20 for 2 mobile plans) when the new plan became effective. Was there prior disclosure of this fee to all members? Or could it be a spurious charge?
