      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve transferred my phone number and started up with a new carrier. I have received nothing from PM to confirm this closure. My account on the website shows nothing though the help articles say it will plainly state the account is closed. I need written confirmation by email how do I get this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
