Update: This mobility outage is now solved.

https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

There is a current outage within Montreal, QC for mobile devices. The services impacted are:

Mobile - Voice

Mobile - Text / SMS

Mobile - Data (iMessage, FB Messenger, Websites)

911 calling on Mobile

Fallback Coverage

Please note, there is 911 wireless fallback coverage provided by an alternate carrier in this region. If you wish to enable a potential wireless fallback connection beyond 911 access through an alternate carrier in this region, please ensure your mobile device network is set to automatic, and allow time for the wireless fallback connection to establish before retrying.

You will see "EXT" if you are connected to a partner carrier.
