      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try changing the network mode?&amp;nbsp; (changing network mode is not on this menu, you have to go back to the Connection screen and look for Preferred network mode)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try changing to 3G and go back to the connection screen&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you opened ticket with Pm yet?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
