Hi. Is it possible to request my text message history from Public? My phone wiped all my info and I had texts on there that I really need. Thank you

Just login to your account online or the PM app then go to Subscription tab>Usage Breakdown>View Usage History. You ca filter out calls, SMS or data for the last 7 days to 90 days. If you want the content of the SMS. You might get it by login to your phone account.

If you talking about the messages themselves, sorry, PM does not keep a copy. Oce your phone received the message, it will be deleted off the system

Not sure if you have automatic cloud backup, that is your only hope
