    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently changed Internet providers at my residence and therefore the e mail address that I had through Eastlink(previous provider) no longer exists. Leaving me with no way to contact Public Mobile. Is there any way that I can reach Public Mobile to change my e-mail user name ,?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The 2FA code will be text to your phone to access your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you are in your account, go to the Account tab&amp;gt;Manage Login (Secure by Eversafe)&amp;gt;go to your old email and click on pencil icon to change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are having issues login to your account.       <description>&lt;P&gt;email is just log in id. it does not need to be active in order to log in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you log in you can change your email if you want. PM does NOT communicate with customers through emails but it is good to have valid email to receive notifications from community.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
