There is an imei check for compatibility on the pm site. I was just there. Since I want to return the phone if it is not compatible, it is easier to return if it is not used. I was hoping someone on pm might already be using the phone and could confirm. I do appreciate your quick responses so far though.

Anyone using the new Motorola stylus 5g 2024? I get seemingly conflicting information on compatibility in the help section. If I check for VoLTE compatible phones it states that the stylus 5g 2022 or higher is compatible with the network. If I check the imei number I get a message that says not found or not compatible. Just purchased it new and I don’t want to try it to see what happens since I will return it if not compatible.

Thanks for the reply. Autocorrect corrected “iemi” to iMessage. I have corrected in the post it should be that an “iemi” check says not found or not compatible with pm which I find strange.

PM does not have iMEI check for compatiblilty

but anyway, the phone will work VoLTE and data will work. If you have the phone with you, test it out first to confirm
