      <description>&lt;P&gt;you just "hooked up" with PM, so new activation? did you request porting the number? did you get a text from old provider and did you reply Yes?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it could be stuck port,&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.&amp;nbsp; I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.&amp;nbsp; Please check and call them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went esim and restarted my phone multiple times and still nothing. I can make calls but my mother in law says number doesn't work but she can text me just fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
