sorry, PM does not have roaming in Costa Rica.

So, use travel esim instead , or local data sim

Public Mobile currently only works in Canada, the US and Mexico. If you're phone is eSIM compatible, you can look at one of these for your trip.

You can use WhatsApp or Fongo on wifi or on data from the local SIM you need to purchase.
