call forwarding after i travelled outside CAN-US-MEX

Hi,

I am currently travelling in Europe and for some reason I can not call forward using the *21* or by selecting the call forwarding option through the iPhone menu- can I call forward from the app? any guidance is appreciated

@nazem Unfortunately, you can't Enable call forwarding from outside of NA/Mex because you are not connected to PM network.

True, you cannot activate call forward when you are not in Canada . and really no workarounds, PM cannot help too

thank you for your responses- can i add an international roaming add-on from the app? i tried searching for one but thought I'd ask anyway

Sorry, no. Public Mobile only has roaming in the USA and Mexico.
