The default PIN number for Public Mobile SIM cards is: 1234, have also heard you can try 0000

You'll need to message the mods to obtain a PUK for your PM SIM card, there is no other way to obtain it and too many incorrect password/PIN attempts (guesses) will probably lock out the phone permanently.
