    <description>&lt;P&gt;VoLTE shouldn't matter in Mexico, as they still have their 3G networks. This sounds like a general connection issue, not specific to voice calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would check to make sure it's not set to manually connect to Public Mobile only (i.e. make sure network selection is set to automatic). If that doesn't work, change it to manual and search for AT&amp;amp;T or Telcel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have the Canada US Mexico plan. My wife is in Mexico now and connot connect to the Telcel network there. Has anyone had a problem like this? She is in Oaxaca.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Her friend is with Freedom and has had no problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then reboot her phone. Of course she wants to also make sure her data roaming is turned on before she reboots.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Telcel is predominate but the others work too. The 3g networks haven't been decommissioned in Mexico like they have in USA so calls should work with or without VoLTE.&amp;nbsp; What make is wife's cellphone she uses in Mx ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
