    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is frustrating. They're blaming it on my SIM card. I just went outside and the signal increased to 1 bar LTE. My co-workers phone did the same thing with my SIM card. The cellular signal is weak in my area as of a couple hours ago. I'm not buying another SIM card. Waste of time and money. I sincerely hope it's resolved soon. If I can't get a proper signal while I'm at work I'll have to switch carriers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just to follow up, every CSR was unhelpful, and one downright incompetent. Everyone at my work that had a phone using the Telus network is having poor reception&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got fed up with the lack of help and switched to Rogers. I'm now getting amazing reception at my desk.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good riddance to Telus.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
