    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. My phone does not take esim, so I bought a physical sim. When I try to log in to PM account to change from esim to physical sim, it asks for a code sent by text message, but apparently I could not receive the text message with the esim so I cannot log in. What can i do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have a feeling however this option may not be there.
