I want to sign up for the $19 subscription I originally had, however the only option is $29. How can I change back to $19?

you can only change to plans available on your My Account Change Subscription page. Generally, it is hard to change to lower priced plan. You could still see some, but not all those cheaper plans

$19 is available to new customers.

If you are ALREADY PM customer with higher than $19 plan then lower plan is not available to you. Downgrading plans has been discontinued.

@Yummy , $19 plan actually available for new and existing customers. Those on $13 and $15 plan will see it

Also, downgrade is allowed, those on the $50 plan can see $35 plans. Just downgrade plan is more selective
