For verification I need to answer questions, your agent wrote that I have to log in to community and answer the questions privately. How, I don't see this option in my app

I think agent was asking you to reply them in the Community inbox. You can go to the inbox here

look for the CS_agent's reply and click on the message. At the bottom of agen'ts reply, there is a box you can write back and send your response
