      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/525156"&gt;@Paras2004&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, make sure PM eSIM is the only one there and remove other sim card or disable other eSIM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, go to Sim Manager&amp;nbsp; or Settings-&amp;gt;Cellular on your phone and check if a Public Mobile sim card is there.&amp;nbsp; If it is, enable it or toggle on "Turn on this line" and set it as Primary&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then Reset network settings and try again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
