      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/342653"&gt;@Ghyna&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and mobile data works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and does the phone connect after you changed the network mode to 3G?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you have another phone, test the sim card in another phone and other try to test in another area&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of course, if none of that helps, open a ticket with PM support as advised on my post earlier&lt;/P&gt;</description>
